Custom Center Console - Three Quarters There

Following the creation of the polycarbonate mock console, it was decided that;

• It needed to extend futher over the handbrake

• It needed to have a larger shifter boot

• It needed to be more narrow

• It should have one compartment for phone/wallet

I took the learnings and drew up up a new design within TurboCad. I included allowances for leather coverings as well require pilot holes etc.

The end results looks amazing!

30mmx30mm square aluminum tabs will be welding on the underside of the console and will sit recessed from the edge. These will be tapped to allow myself to bold on the side panels similar to the door cards.
